after careful consideration i have decided that apple rings are now my most favourite dried fruit. apricots used to hold the number one position, but were lapsed early this evening.
i found a wonderfully quiet place in the library and i am not telling anyone else where it is.
i also bought light bulbs, but now the lamp is hissing at me. i think i might retreat back to the dark. the uv was getting to me anyway.
i have realized asking a student to list (in order) where they have lived in the past 5 years is a murderous task. damn the man.
i am currently eating almonds and contemplating how long after the expiry date on yogurt it is still okay to consume.
this was my response to a friend who wrote me today; “i feel my life is so boring at the moment. work, study, work, study. please tell me you are doing more interesting things.”
no, my lovely, i am not. it is january – this month was built for boring tasks and frustrations.
the end.

I’ve never really been one for dried fruit, but apple rings sound fairly tasty.
Please, do not eat expired yogurt. Just… never do that. For real. It’s like asking to be punished. You have enough to deal with without adding food poisoning or some type of disease to your day.
Sadly, it does seem that January through March really does cover the time of year that you’re just supposed to work a lot, get shit done and hate the weather.

Apple rings are fairly tasty.
Yeah, I thought best not to anger the ulcer. ;)
It is true, I am looking forward to mid March already, little bit of down time, and perhaps some sunshine!

When in doubt, throw it out. Yogurt doesn’t need to be green to be nasty.
January is a tough month, but it is half over now. This may or may not be a good thing.
They asked you to list all the places you lived in the past 5 years IN ORDER? What kind of sickos are you dealing with there?

hear, hear to the January comments. my thoughts exactly – nothing fabulous happens in the dead of winter.

If the yogourt isn’t opened, it’s good for a whole year after the expiration date. Probably.
And if you’re eating almonds, you’re life isn’t boring at all. Those are high times my friend.

Barb,
Its just that it hadn’t yet been open. I’ll most likely dispose of it today.
Time is already starting to fly. I can’t decide if that is good or bad. ;)
Yeah, in order. Its for the Polic report I am doing, oi and vey. I am glad I had a good memory, but it was still painful!
Serah,
Very true. Only those on vacation bring back stories of fun. :)
John,
Hmmm…well I might test that theory tonight. If I am feeling risky.
Hahaha – almonds are pretty special. :)

Listen to Maggie and Barb. Mail the yogurt to John along with a couple of the dodgier-looking almonds.
And, put a big calendar on your wall. Every night, draw a big, red X through the day.
Hey, it works for prisoners…

Hahaha – I just might do that. I bought new yogurt today, and threw this one out. :)
I just might have to start doing that. Whatever works, right?

Have you ever had dried pineapple? It sure is pretty tasty! :) Just a suggestion. I’m a big fan of the dried fruits, myself!

I have not, I am a really big fan of regular pineapple though, perhaps I should try it.
